Richard has been an independent businessman/entrepreneur for more than 25 years involved in restaurant, hotel, real estate and land development. Besides owning and operating his own restaurants, Mr. Dean developed the northwest United States' Quiznos restaurant chain as an Area Director where over 100 franchise stores were developed.

Chief Operating Officer

Kent’s experience includes 17 years of restaurant experience with Pizza Hut, Boston Market, Jamba Juice and Starbucks. He has over 8 years of fruit smoothie and juice industry experience. He has held Operational positions that included Regional Director of Operations for 50 stores, Franchise District Manager and Retail District Manager overseeing high growth concepts. The priorities for Squeeze International will be to build a strong leadership team to support franchise operations while delivering uncompromised standards and values, the highest quality products and strategic innovation.

Michael S. Weinberger
VP of Legal Affairs/Secretary

Mike received his J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law in 2004. He is a Colorado attorney who oversees Squeeze’s franchise development and legal services for Squeeze. He has been employed by Squeeze since its inception and is a founding member.
